We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information generated through your use of the App:

• Profile & Fitness Data: Age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, workout history, nutrition logs, and progress photos you choose to upload.
• Health Data: With your explicit permission, we may access Apple Health or Google Fit data including steps, calories burned, heart rate, and workout metrics.
• Camera Data: If you use AI form-check or supplement scanning features, we access your camera. Images are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them.
• Usage Data: App interactions, features accessed, session duration, and crash reports to improve performance.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe or Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not store full credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Ripped360 App and services
• Personalize AI-driven workout plans, nutrition recommendations, and coaching
• Track your fitness progress and display analytics
• Send you workout reminders, streak notifications, and coach messages (with your consent)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Ensure legal compliance and enforce our Terms of Service
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in delivering our services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics). They are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Coaches: If you subscribe to a coaching plan, your fitness data (workouts, nutrition, progress) is shared with your assigned coach.
• Community Features: If you opt into community features, your username and public achievements may be visible to other users.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as a business asset.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

7. Health Data

Ripped360 may request access to Apple HealthKit or Google Fit data. This data is used exclusively to display and improve your fitness experience within the App. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising purposes or share it with third-party advertisers. Health data is stored securely and you can revoke access at any time through your device settings.

8. Camera & Microphone

Our AI features (form check, supplement scanner, gym equipment scanner) may require camera access. Camera permissions are requested only when you use these features. Images captured for AI analysis are processed and immediately discarded unless you choose to save them. We do not use camera data for any purpose other than the specific feature you activate.

9. Children's Privacy

Ripped360 is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete the information.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, regular security audits, and access controls limiting employee access to personal data. However, no transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Stripe (payments), and analytics providers. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Cookies & Tracking

Our mobile app does not use browser cookies. We use mobile identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Android Advertising ID) for analytics, which you can reset or limit in your device settings.

13. International Users

If you are accessing Ripped360 from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our App, you consent to this transfer.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
